Leasing Process

Click “Apply Now” on any listing and complete our secure online application.

Proof of income, rental history, and a credit/background check.

Yes. Fees and deposit details are listed with each apartment.

Typically 1–3 business days.

Submit your notice in the resident portal once submitted, a member of management will reach out to you.

We inspect the unit and return the deposit per South Carolina law, less any approved deductions.

Limit of 2 animals per apartment. Non-Refundable Pet Fee – $300.00 per animal. Pet Rent – $20.00 per animal/month. No animals are allowed, even temporarily, unless authorized in writing. No reptiles, rodents, amphibians, arachnids, or insects are allowed. We accept reasonable requests for service animals that comply with Fair Housing Laws.
